Agreement
By using NetSixtySix Mobile QA at netsixtysix.online, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
We provide a free mobile design QA audit tool. You may submit a public website URL; we crawl same-domain pages within configured limits and check the site on mobile devices using Playwright Chromium. Results include detected design/layout issues, scores, and annotated screenshots (deleted automatically within one hour). Outputs are for engineering and QA planning — not a guarantee of full accessibility, security, or compliance certification.
Acceptable use
You may only audit websites you are authorized to test. You agree not to use the service to attack, overload, or probe private networks; not to attempt SSRF or access localhost / internal systems; not to abuse rate limits; and not to use the tool for unlawful activity. We may refuse, cancel, or rate-limit audits at our discretion.
No automated form submission
Audits do not submit production forms. Non-GET requests to target sites are blocked during crawling and testing. You remain responsible for how you use findings on your own systems.
Accuracy and availability
Detection is deterministic and evidence-based, but no automated auditor catches every visual or behavioral issue. Sites may block crawlers, change frequently, or behave differently across devices. The service may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed without notice.
Intellectual property
NetSixtySix branding, UI, and software are owned by NetSixtySix or its licensors. You may use audit reports for your authorized projects. You may not copy the product wholesale, scrape the service at scale for competing products, or misrepresent NetSixtySix as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetSixtySix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of (or inability to use) the audit tool, including decisions based on scores, issues, or suggested fixes.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
